Udel 1 T62 Webb Ellis stock bull at the herd of John and Frank Appelbe was this years Male and Supreme Hereford exhibit at the National Hereford Show Tullamore. Measuring 64 inches at the hip and weighing in at 1350Kgs, he is bred by well known Wexford breeders David and Daithi Carroll, Coole Campile Co Wexford.

Sired by Udel 1 Trailblazer and out of Udel 1 January Snowdrop he was purchased by John and Frank Appelbe at the Tully Performance Test Centre Co Kildare. He has to date produced a consistent line of top performing cattle and been Bull of the Year on the Munster show circuit on two occasions, winning many Championships including interbreed awards and first prizes.  His sire Trailblazer was Supreme Champion at the National Hereford Show in 2002 a son Apple 1 Frankie weighting 780Kgs at 15 months sold to Mr Fraser Sangster of Stirling, Scotland.
